2026 campaign and social verification. jerryforvictoria.ca is a current campaign site for both Victoria City Council and CRD director, with a biography, articles, volunteer and donation functions and five “transformational changes”: grow the economy; restore safe public spaces; end chronic homelessness through housing, treatment and recovery; build complete neighbourhoods; and deliver faster, more transparent government. It commits to cutting permit times by at least 50%, reducing homelessness by 85%, publishing performance dashboards, using evidence-based budgeting, improving lighting and cleaning, supporting visible patrols and community safety teams, coordinating treatment and supportive housing, attracting investment and using smart-city technology. The site labels itself “Jerry 1.0” and says a second version is coming, so details may still change.
